Export Packing Details

Individual Packing:

Each metal jar is inspected for artwork, finish, lid fitting and overall quality.
Jar is wrapped individually in soft tissue paper/butter paper.
Protective bubble wrap is added around the jar, particularly to safeguard the printed/painted surface.
Each piece is placed inside an appropriately sized OPP/polybag or individual protective box.
Lid is secured carefully to prevent movement during transit.

Bulk Export Packing – MOQ 25 Pieces:

25 individually protected jars packed in a sturdy 5-ply export-quality corrugated master carton.
Each jar separated with paper, foam or bubble-sheet cushioning to prevent scratching and contact between metal surfaces.
Additional cushioning placed around the sides and corners of the carton.
Products packed firmly to minimise movement during transportation.
Carton securely sealed with export-grade packing tape and strapping where required.

Suggested Master Carton Size: Approximately 16 × 12 × 12 inches, subject to final packing configuration.

Approx. Gross Carton Weight: Approximately 5–8 kg for 25 pieces, depending on the actual metal thickness, jar weight and packaging material.
